Perfecting this Weapon

I have used 3x 20% 7th anniversary scrolls but they've all failed and clean slating the slots back have been a pain and finding protection scrolls and lucky days have been a pain too. Are there any alternative scrolls to use? Also are there any future events with clean slates? Just wondering and also I wonder how much range will I get from equipping ;l
