Mastery Book Sp Issue

So recently I made a DB and it says I can't job advance. I've read around the forums that I need to use all the mastery books before I can advance.

Can someone tell me all the books I need and the prices? I don't really know what to get or buy. Thanks! How much will this cost in total?
