All around 50m. Plus they only have a 70% success rate (I think). The books before fourth job is what frustrates people >.< so if you're going to make a Dual Blade, be prepared to get mad. They're not THAT strong, anyways.

There isn't a Mirror Image, Shadow Meld, Flying Assaulter, and Slash Storm 30 like above said. There is also no Mirrored Target 20, Dual Wield Expert 20, Blade Fury 20, and Final Cut and Phantom Blow are skill books which you need a SoK to trade it.
The pre-4th job books are around 50m, the 4th job books are around 15m+. Final Cut and Phantom Blow is 100-200m if they SoK it.
