If i drop a karmad scar could i pick it up on my other account?

^^, He just said its on other account.
And yes, if you drop it, you can pick it. Just make sure you do it in an empty place.
EDIT : @above, No you just need to karma it once to xfer it through another character in same account. You lose the SoK when you deposit it in storage. It does not require a sok after that to receive it.

just put it in storage and take it out unless its not on the same acc
