WHere to go from here?

Yesterday I just blew up my renegade coins.
Got a claw to a 78 atk then bam it blew up after that.
(I know it's crap but it's the best i've got)
Anyway, please tell me where I could go from here?
How to upgrade my items?
I'm a lvl 151 NightLord
Chaos Z-helm - clean crap pot
summer googles - clean
MoN
crap top
16dex bottom - 0 slot crap pot
lvl 90 thief shoes 3% luk
67atk craven - 0 slot crap pot
10atk wg - clean no pot
time traveler's medal
11atk pac - 0 slot hammered, crap pot, 1 nebulite socket
veteran crusaders belt - 3%luk
half earring - 6% str, 3% luk, 3% all stats
crusader zeal ring 2atk
evolving ring II lvl 17
legendary ring 3atk
another ring 3atk (untradeable)
I also have
4atk pac - 0 slots
evan chair
some other random crap
and about 650Mil
I don't have nx (need shop permit)
How should go about upgrading/changing my gear?

Thanks guys,,but.....what's a good claw? O.o...
I've seen claws for 180+ atk...(crazy nuts)
and I dunno how much atk I can afford with just 650m...
Should I sell the 11atk pac and get a %luk?
Also the empress thief gear, is it worth buying those?
