3 hour and 15 minutes workout everyday expect Mondays

15 minute warm up
1 hour jogging
2 hours of full body calisthenics.
Do you think I'll get hardcore lean muscles in 1 month?

You will have the physique of a long distance runner, which is skin and bone.

If you run too much you lose muscle. Add weight training to that.

If you do that everyday you will wind up destroying muscle if you do not eat enough.
Split up your exercises.
Switch between every other day.
A) Cardio- High Intensity Sprints will really make you burn fat and make muscle. say 200m Sprints and 50M rest of walking.
B) Just do the reg. Lifting, sit ups, push ups. Weights.

Rest when possible lol, make sure you don't overdo it, get all your meals in and maximize your protein intake.
Man you really want to impress the ladies when school is back.

Anyways, imo that's a bit too hardcore your muscles won't have the time to grow. You'll be sore forever and forcing yourself to work out in that situation will only delay progress. Cut down to maybe 3 days a week or 4.
Planning to train the mind and the body for college. Not much good looking ladies the college I'm going to ;_;.

Have 15 minute warmups, 15-20 minutes drills, 3 miles jog (won't take that long) and keep that 2 hour full body calisthenics.
