How much could I sell these items for?

I recently came back to MS. Haven't played seriously since the huge nerf on phantom. I was wondering how much I could sell these items for. Need some startup mesos to merchant again.

I remember I could sell my items for atleast 2-3b each. Time change so fast .
Although the pot on these are amazing, these don't provide much weapon attack and don't have bonus pot, making their value sink. Plus, due to recent drop rate changes for armor, specifically CRA and SW, tradeable low-level gear aren't very popular anymore.
I'll say 1-2b for the top and around 1 b for the bottom. 18% LUK is crazy good
They'll go for a good couple of bil each, can't say exactly how much though.
