I got Hypnotize 5 from the secret mastery book at Hot Time. I can't sell it on basil because you can only sell Hypnotize 20.

Oh. That's not worth much. I got two for an average of 50k each.
Lol jus read it again. I screwed up.... It's mastery 20 and you have to have Hypnotize at 5 to use the mastery book. FAIL
5...? Dont you start with a cap of 10 when you advance?
