PVP Pendant
3 Luk Belt Pot is 3 All stats.
95 Att. Asura
46 Att. Bloodsoaked Katara Pot is +10 Att.
Brown Osfa Shoes.
Clean Osfa Bottom.
Green Pirate Top Pot is 6% Avoid 4 Luk.
What should I upgrade with about 100m right now?

Get more %Luk. Get 3-6% To start off with. If your poor then you can always fuse sneakers till you get 2-4%Luk and use those for now. Hope I help'd
