The new layout of the screensection

It is horrible to browse and overview and noone reads all that additional info anyways.
So if you agree, send a report to mister B. (that totally rhymed) I already sent mine.
Bring back the tile layout!

Agreed. A grid view and some other controls would be good as well. But i can imagine the owner of this site still considers the new layout a beta, and is slowly implementing everything.

I'm just concerned, the screensection has gotten less and less visitors in the past few years and I feel like this could make it even worse. But I could be wrong.
In my opinion, it looks a hella lot better.

It wasn't that bad tho, you could still see what the title was about and when it interested you you click it and get the full title and description.
I don't think an easy-to-browse layout should be sacrificed for the sake of beeing able to see the whole title and description.
The old layout looked like the screens on the home page just that it was a bigger list.

It was a big list of thumbnails in a tile layout, it was easy to overview and you could click on the screens that appealed to you and THEN get additional info
I guess this would concern screen submitters more than people who just browse, because with the old layout, aslong as you were on the frontpage you still had a pretty good chance to catch someone's eye. But now if you are at the very bottom of this new list, most people will already have gotten bored of browsing it before they get to you.
Oh didn't see that. But it's mr basil site so he makes the design.

the new layout focuses even more on just the most recently added screens, most users wont take the time to scroll down that long list and check out each one individually they will most likely only check out the first 5 to 10 or so, with the old layout you could see alot more screens at the same time.
