Jett's collateral damage says 20% boss dmg and 20% boss crit rate. Does this apply for lhc?

I can confirm for you that YES it does work in LHC.
I have a 85% crit rate base. When I go LHC it raises it by +20%. And I never make a normal hit while in LHC.
LHC monsters are "Master Monsters", so no.
Yeah it does, with phantom link skill I have 100% critical rate at lhc.
