HOLD both arrows, then press attack (seriously, using commands means you only need hotkeys for buffs and transformed state)

Edit: I also recommend Giga and wing beat for the up and down commands (I don't like using the back command at all) so you can easly cast wing beats while using giga for max hps

Use commands while in your regular state.

@KniteX0 So that's why I couldn't use Wing Beat while transformed...

OT: I'm using Commands, just because if I hotkey my skills, what's the point of the new game-play? So far, I'm loving this command system! Kind of reminds me of DF.

The way GMS changed commands to be a lot easier to use, would recommend command as much as possible.

@VoidWreakz: It makes quite a big difference. Try charging it with hotkeys, and then with commands. You'll fill your gauge a lot quicker with commands than you will with hotkeys.

You should really use commands. They charge your morph gauge quicker and some (maybe all, haven't tested it yet) skills are much faster when using commands, such as Blade Burst.

commands fill in the gauge faster and they're not hard commands. just HOLD the 2 arrow keys and press attack (kinda iffy for forward/back though)

EDIT: But you HAVE to use hotkeys when transformed.

whatever you want, i prefer hotkeys
