how much funding is needed to hit 1m lines non crit? prices for all gear too maybe?

isn't merc one of the highest crit hitting class too? lol
by the way, why worry about non-crit hits? it's really easy to get 100% crit, just like an above poster said.

It's really not hard to get 100% crit, so I'd recommend trying to do that. That way, all you really need is about 225k range to get 1m lines on ishtar's.
Edit: Whoops, I just realized that you wanted 1mil non-crit. Forget what I said. o.o
The equips are going to cost you a lot, I'd say at least 10bil, if you can spend wisely?
I'm no expert, and i'm just guessing, but maxed Ishtar is 200%, so I guess 200% of a 500k range makes it 1mil for Ishtar. I based this guess off of my 200~214k range. And my normal damage is around 400k, but 1mil with Critical.
right now I'm at 320k-400k range and I do consistent 1mil-3mils on hard gollux with IR.
just keep farming and upgrading, that's all the advice I can give you. it takes a while but if you have the patience, you can do it. I thought I couldn't but I'm working my way up there.
At 150k range I can do about 1m a line noncrit on normal mobs. I'd guess like 15b-20b total funding? Not really sure how much my equips are anymore lol.
