Can anyone explain the Flood? 2x
Whenever there is 2x, the servers feel full. What's the point of leveling only during 2x?
It seems like the servers are back to normal whenever there is 2x on. Why cant it be that way all the time?

The answer to this question seems painfully obvious. Everyone makes sure they get online at the 4 hour intervals of the event so they can get 2x exp and drop? I personally don't think there are actually more players. Just everyone logging on at the same time instead of randomly throughout the day.
maybe if nexon does 1.1x all day, everyone would come back
