Need Help Buying Silent Crusader Shoulder Enhancement Scroll
The Silent Crusader Shoulder Enhancement Scroll says that it requires Silent Crusade Grand Commander. I have achieved Silent Crusade Grand Captain, which is two levels higher. Nonetheless, the Shoulder Enhancement Scroll is greyed out and I can't buy it. Do I need the equip the Grand Captain medal (which I can't because I dropped it)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
