Buff duration and recovery skilll
I have 30% recovery skill and Im aiming so that there is no no cooldown on my final cut so and ive been told to get buff duration for that so my question is what is the difference between recovery skill % and buff duration and which is better for my situation?

Final cut is not getting nerfed. People claiming it is are just gullible, can't read, or both.

Final cut isnt a hyper tho its a regular skill and does anyone have the sources on final cut becoming nerfed?

recovery skill is effects healing (Pots, healing skills, etc), it doesn't affect CD of skills. Also Final Cut is getting nerfed down the road so it can't be constantly up with 50% buff, just a heads up.
33% buff duration or whatever the unique line is
Edit: I seem to have misread your question. Buff duration is better. Recovery skill is useless to my knowledge. Then again, I don't have much knowledge, so what do I know?
