no one has absolute proof except nexon but the common trend seems to be after the 1st day, marvel gives out less items.
It's always a matter of luck.
First day has the same fruits of success as the second, and the third.
Odds are even for all players, and all accounts.
Paying more NX gives you more tries, which gives you better odds for better results, so people who got "AMAZING LUCKY SUPER DUPER RARE ITEM" probably spent a lot of NX, or just purely lucky.
