I am Looking into buying the theif Fafnir set ( hat, bottom ) but should I wait it for prices to lower or is this as low as they will get?

they may have reached their peak of cheapness since i'm assuming you're in bera, don't quote me though
cra reset today so they might spark a little cheaper
