Legendary ability
After coming back from a break I noticed that there was a new ability format and I was wondering if the only way to get a legendary ability is only possible using a miracle circulator through NX. Thanks!

10000 to lock legendary, and I think 3000 more for each line to lock.
You can spend honor points/exp to lock an ability, though I don't know how many you need
press the lock before you reset it LOL
@freezenlight, how do you lock it?
you can get legendary through normal means, however once you hit legendary you need to lock it or else it will go back down in 1-2
