The cygnus links all stack, he'd only have to swap out one of them.

is Aran's Drain base HP or max HP? if base HP, Kaiser can probably be swapped out if you ever run out of room.
Phantom probably highest priority
Lumi and Zero as mentioned for %Ignore (and zero for a bit of -%dmgreduc) next
Beast Tamer for more %Crit and %Boss. DS for %Boss, too
Hayato and Jett for small atk boosts (though Jett can potentially be large but that's a pain) last
you could toss in AB's Link, too

DS - 15% boss
BT - 7% boss/7% crit
Phantom - 15% crit
Hayato - 10 all stat, 5 atk

All are level 2 link skills except Hayato, which is level 1.

You can use multiple links to one character, You dont have to pick one.

Or are you saying which other ones to add? In that case, phantom. 120 link skill is 15% crit chance well worth it.
