Coma or Brandish?
I just reset my SP with a scroll I kept in storage, and I was wonderin what good coma is these days. I used to leave brandish off, but then I suffered in 3rd job PVP. When do you EVER use coma? I used to use it in PVP or in the 180+ monster park sometimes.

@aoebm: Its range isn't close to the range of dragon roar, although I do occasionally use it for mobbing in zak, which it does the job there also at 11
If you're looking for what [b]not[/b] to max in third job, I went with shout... (left it at 11), shout is pretty useless, seeing as it's incredibly slow, and doesn't deal all that much damage...
Coma + IS combo is better DPM on mobs of 5+ (only slightly on 5). So anytime you are fighting more than 4 monsters that can't be one shot you should use that combo. Once we get Raging Blow.... coma has no point past 120.
OH OH YOU USE COMA WHEN... ahh. hm. pvp? pretty soon IS is going to be stronger than coma and youll use it less and less (imo).
I would go coma.
I use Coma for mobs more than 4 so I can take them out fast with 1 or 2 Coma's instead of like 3 Intrepid Slash
