wow.. using an ele 7 too... (gives you a 25% damage reduction..unless this SS was taken before the penalty was implemented for other Elements)
Edit: o just took a closer look at the SS and saw "Dragon Lord" yada yada... so yea, take off the ele, and equip another staff and you'll be hitting 100ks on them!(non crits)

16 levels means nothing with % equips.
and he's hitting 199k without crit, so his SE is basically useless.
