Clean Slates in Scania
Is there a reason why they're going down drastically? Is there going to be an event on Apr 3 that gives it out or something? It used to be 250 and now a guy is selling them for 150 in Scania.

I'm talking about the 20% GM clean slates. Not the sengoku ones.

You farm it on multiple accounts. Transfer the item to each account and use.

From my knowledge, the ones from sengoku are 10% and untradable. Even if there is an event coming up, how did this guy know? Is it written somewhere?
theres probably going to be another coin collecting event after the sengoku event is over on april 9th
