Just curious 2

I bought some beer on sale for Christmas party. But I can't find the nutrition fact. Does anyone know how many calories there are in beer usually? Or anything else like carbohydrates or whatever?

You need to realize that different alcoholic drinks have different calorie counts. Some beers can have as little as 100 calories, up to lets say 300. The brand varies and what was in it.
What brand is it? Maybe that will help us estimate better.

If you live in the US, there are no nutritional facts or ingredients listed on alcoholic beverages because they do not fall under the regulation of the FDA. I think the ATF is finally moving to label alcohol appropriately next year, though.

Treat your drinking days as a refeed day... honestly ethanol digest differently in your body than a typical carbohydrate. the carbs come from the actual beer itself, the alcohol digests differently.

trust, refeed days works wonders anyways. You're gonna be dehydrated and nutritionally famished so its healthier to eat up, get your micros in, and treat it liek a kickass refeed day.
