How do i get white teeth?
hey guys, so, i've been wondering how i would be able to get white teeth.
right now, i have a not to yellow and not to white teeth and is annoying me because i brush my teeth for almost 4 mins and its still the same.
does it have to do with the toothpaste or something? (i use aquafresh which i think is the problem maybe)
is there any way that i can use to clean it faster/better? like using somekind of mouth wash (im 14, so, nothing that might not be right for me)

i have said many things in a thread like this before, mostly ridiculous things like put something white on your teeth or bleach em
the regular use whitening strips and tooth paste and be thorough when brushing your teeth and use mouth wash
Use those whiteners.
