poisonous apple seeds

hey guys, not to alert you guys if you didnt know this but apple seeds are poisonous
like i said, its not that big of a deal because it does have enough to kill you.
so i was wondering, since people say if you eat apple seeds, it would make you pretty healthy. how much is too much?

(i want to find out how much apple seeds would be too much)
