Vista doesn't have this feature by default. See if this program will allow you to have a slideshow as your wallpaper: http://download.cnet.com/Wallpaper-Slideshow-LT/3000-2336_4-10649566.html

Go to start >> Right-Click on Computers >> Properties
It should tell you your Operating System there. It's either Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7.
HP is a computer brand.

Edit I have no clue for other versions of Windows, but if you're on W7, right-click your desktop and select "Personalize." Then select "Desktop Background" at the bottom. If all your pictures are in one folder, either select that folder from the "Location" dropdown or click "Browse" to find it. All the pictures should show up as a thumbnails list. Select the pics you want to use. Look down and there should be a "Change Picture Every:" and select from there. xD
