Is anyone else having cash shop issues?
I've not been able to transfer my pet, pet equips, or any other perma nx in or out of the cash shop. The characters I'm trying to transfer to and from are ALL adventurers. The items are not equipped to any character when I try to transfer them in, and when I try to transfer things out, I've hit, held, and tried right clicking the "activate" button to retrieve them. I've tried waiting several minutes to account for any lag, logged on and off, quit and restarted the game, and restarted the computer, and nothing has fixed my problem. I'm just not sure if it's only me experiencing this, or if anyone else has had this issue, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

I heard the same rumor, but saw posts discrediting it, and if so, I would think I could still get the items out of my shop. They're all showing up on all of my characters, but none of them can retrieve them. I haven't logged in in a year+, but if they've made items character exclusive, I'm just bailing back out and getting a laptop for guild wars 2. Not worth my time if they've stuck items I need on dead characters.
I heard something about CS sharing for same jobs now or something?
Don't take my word for it, as I haven't logged on in a while.
