A device attached to the system is not functioning
I have been having this problem for about three weeks and whenever I try to start Gamelauncher, my folder pops up with "A device attached to the system is not functioning." I've checked my computer and everything is working perfectly fine. I've re-downloaded the game, but I can't seem to open up the Maple Set Up. Has anyone encountered this situation? All help is appreciated.

@xIDyNaMiiTE: I can't run the game on the website so I always logged in from Gamelauncher.

A Realtek USB that helps me get my wi-fi.
Factory restore.
You have to redownload.
Nothing more to it.
