Question About Inner Ability
If I wanted to get say 26%(?) crit rate or +1 atk speed in my inner ability, can I only get these on the first line or can I get them on any of the 3 lines?
My current IA rank/tier is legendary.

Inner ability system follows exactly the same pattern as the potential system.
First line is determined by your current rank.
Second and third lines can either be of your current rank or 1 rank below your current rank depending on luck, though the chances of at least one them being of the same rank as the first line is minimal.
Your first IA Line dictates the tier you're in, but the other two can be anything.
Theoretically your 2nd and 3rd line can also have +1 attack speed/20% Boss/30% critical rate/30 attack, but the chances of ranking up the 2nd and 3rd line seem hilariously low.
i would just settle with one of them. getting two is probably going to be ridiculously rare and extremely expensive.
