If advancement goes to lv 100 we get more Sp?
Let's say i'm 162 and i have X Number of points, after Tempest with the lower lv for 4th job i'll get X+60 SP? O.o

@Shikusen: Nope, everything will be reset and adjusted for. So if you're in that range you'll just have to job advance, with all of the SP you gained from 101~119 saved and available once you complete the advancement.
As a fourth jobber already you should be gaining at least 60 SP since you've technically advanced 20 more levels into fourth job. This won't apply if you're an Evan (their growths were not changed).
By the way you explained it, I don't believe so. To make it more clear, what's going to happen is every class (including Aran) will receive 4 SP per level, with the exception of Resistance, Mihile and the other 4 Heroes receiving 5 SP per level in 1st job and 4 SP per level in the proceeding jobs.
