This is a late post but I decided to post it anyway. This was when people were getting hacked and sending tickets in hope to be compensated with maple points. So... I tried it too! This is what happened.

I got hair coupon vip and hair color from my ticket the time I got hacked. I expected at least 25k maple points..
Bro, there are ACTUAL people who get hacked and can't be stuffed sending a ticket BECAUSE Nexon gets tickets from people like you.

I got hacked twice on Vindictus (Who actually shows and tells you when you logged in from a different IP), sent in 2 tickets for each time with screenshot proof, and it hasn't been reviewed in a year now.
first you log on from a friends pc and transfer all your items to a separate char. then you complain.
