Maxing Dilligence, Crafting Hi guys! So, i'm trying to max out dilligence today. I'm using the crafting method on where you craft ores, make arrows, hit lvl 10 then unlearn and relearn. I'm on a char that has 31 Dilligence already and I haven't crafted anything for a week now. Today, I made like... 100 Silver plates and 4 arrows. This didn't even get near 10 Smithing or 10 Mining and I get the message unable to get anymore dilligence xp. I tried unlearning it at lvl 5 and relearn, still maxed out dilligence xp. What am I doing wrong?

dex and their rarity I have been strolling around fm for a few days now in hopes for 4-6% dex top or bottom but no luck. I seen several though but they are overpriced. How come these items are so rare in the store? It's quite annoying... also since Basil thinks my listing is not interesting enough it refuses me to post a listing about buying %dex.
