They drop them. All four bosses together give about 200 of Elixirs, Power Elixirs, Sunset Dew, and Reindeer Milk.

@TamponUser: Are they nice and firm?
@LickSomeTeror: There's no quest line for Power Elixirs, but they do drop again (tradeable ones) from most bosses like Pap now.
Anyone know a questline were you can buy Power Elixers?
if you were in ymck i have a bunch of them... same with Elixirs
