Are the damage skins from this event permanent? I know they expire from your inventory, but will they still be applied after that?

Are the damage skins from this event permanent? I know they expire from your inventory, but will they still be applied after that?

Yeah, they are permanent. If you toss the skin out, for example, you will still have that skin as long as you double clicked it before tossing it out.
Yes, damage skins are like hair and eyes, they don't expire.
