@lilazninja: I don't know. At the time I was scrolling my gloves, they were anywhere from 60m-100m each. With Maplestory's declining population, I really have no clue on how scarce they may or may not be. Also, protection scrolls as well as white scrolls were pretty common during this time, so scrolling with dark scrolls was a lot easier to do. I don't spend a ton of money on nx, so nowadays it's a pain for me to scroll anything and takes awhile, depending on how much I've been merching.

@lilazninja: ailen set is available to lvl 200 characters in the alien vistor pq[can be solo'd] 3 set effect is 50 wep/m att the set consisits of earrings, belt, pendant,ring, and helm[helm supah rare doe] 30% boss for full set but thats unlikely. they can be psok'd but no one really wants to since you can find em.

buy a pack of super cubes and cube any unique item you have until int pops up. It's like... 6 - 9% int guaranteed. Also, you should have a pinnacle ring. They were pennies at one point, like 45m? If you can afford one (aka find a clean one) you can save it for another unique pot event.

if you can try to get a VL fan 137 m att base and scroll it from there if you're going to go full set on empress def save up for a cape and yes the SITE states there will be emp shoulders but it sounds too good to be true.... if you do make it to lvl 200 plan to sell those earrings cause the alien set would prob be better (3 set is 50 m att can also replace your bad ring while you try to pot your gollux ring and replace the other non pottable ring)

Actually, no.
Haku's blessing is affected by the fan he is carrying, not yours.
The potential is applied as well, but the magic attack of the fan he is using is halved and applied to your range every forty seconds.

You should try to scroll your gloves better. Also, earrings can be scrolled for magic attack, try to get them scrolled like this:

@lilazninja: From what I've heard and experienced, no, the fan doesn't or shouldn't be giving any bonus except for the potential. And as for the getting of the shoulder, you could get one and experiment around with a combination of them all and try for the best range. I can't really find out how much each combination would do for your range, so that'd be kinda a judgement call.

I'm using two Sengoku fans and working on putting a complete set together. =|

Definitely upgrade your cape. You could either get a cheap Purple Adventure or Gaia Cape for 50-100m, Empress Cloak for ~800m-1b for the bonus set effect as well, any cape like Goldenheart to get a good potential, or a Nova Cloak.
Your 2013 Evo Rings can definitely be upgraded. Switch one out for possibly a Dark Angelic Blessing, the other for Evolving Ring III Level 10. If you can't afford the DAB, you can switch that out with the cheaper Evolving Ring I or II level 17.

tyty, So the pot on the Haku fan was poop which is why it isn't listed. I thought the second fan increased my range via Haku's blessing? Correct me if I am wrong, I haven't been on since August. I have heard empress shoulders will be coming to the black friday event shop. Assuming thats true and I can afford it, is it more cost efficient to wear that and buy a high int% cape or to get that and the empress cape and finally wear my empress hat for full set effects?
