I don't cry mostly because if I started crying now, I'd never stop.

I incredibly rarely feel like crying. My best friends of years have only seen / heard my cry once.

I usually get frustrated rather then upset.

I always thought it was similar to a sin for a man to cry because I thought it showed weakness. Now I've learned that it helps with emotional balance.
In fact I believe a man who cries is stronger than a man who doesn't.
The who cries isn't afraid to hide his feelings or sorrow.
That is what willpower is all about.

Crying is so annoying. You get the sniffles and snot starts spewing out and you can't talk correctly.
