Question About Lucky Star Well it's kind late (where I live) and I'm bored, so I decided to make a thread. Plus, I have a secret hope that thread making will be closed like it usually is before a major patch so I can make a popular thread for once :D Regardless, as I sit here, listening to music and drawing a picture that I hope to submit tonight (and equally have it get frontpaged for the first time lol), I just wanted to see wanted to ask a question about Lucky Star. Question: I just recently watched Lucky Star and thought it was OK. However, lots of people seem to say that the show is their "favorite anime," and I never understood why (as is apparent by the many "What's your favorite anime?" threads I see on basil.) S
People Who Change Personalities Online and in Real Life So recently, me and my brother were talking about how people change personalities and behaviors online and in real life. My brother is a psychology major, so he gets these articles that he has to read here and there, and one of them happened to be about this particular change that has been witnessed in many people. Just to paraphrase, the article basically said that people try to channel idealized versions of themselves into their characters - the people who most resemble their characters/avatars in real life are the most secure, while those who rapidly and drastically change in personality, attitude, style and even looks are the least secure with who they are in real life. IB Scores Uh oh So... for all you IB kids out there who check Basil, how'd you guys do on your IB Exams? The scores for them were released a little more than a day ago, but they're out! (If you didn't know) So be honest now... share what your score was, on which exam and which level? (HL or SL) I'm expecting lots of sevens!

Ib Diploma/ Ib Exam Results Hey all my IB brothas and sistas out there. As you all probably know, IB exam results came out a few days ago. And being the smart people that you are on Basil, how'd you guys do? Who got their diplomas? :O I got my diploma and I was pretty happy about it I guess. My scores were ok (not as good as last year.) IB Help - Senior Year Schedule! I'm really not sure whether I should take HL Calc and HL Physics next year D: It's kind of a suicide if I chose to do it and oddly enough, they are my worst subjects (which I believe can be easily changed.) So what do you guys recommend? Should I take HL Bio and World Area Studies (WAS) or HL Calculus and Physics? x__________________X.....
