As being the boss of the crew, do you have to be online for your 3 Maplers to be level 100? OR does it not matter if you're offline and they reached level 100 by theirself?

As being the boss of the crew, do you have to be online for your 3 Maplers to be level 100? OR does it not matter if you're offline and they reached level 100 by theirself?

Yeah as long as they reach 100 it doesn't matter if you're online or not. Once they reach 100 there's a button to accept the reward in the crew menu, so you could log on days later (as long as it's still within the event time) and still accept the rewards.
It doesn't matter as long as they each reach level 100.
