So lets say 60%, boss 109% PDR, and around 60-65k buffed range. Will a NL be able to solo with that range?

i actually soloed on my phantom with a 30k clean range and 50% bossing damage. the actual boss is pretty easy, however, you have to watch out for the pillars. however, those pillars are not really of my worries, as i have final feint and shroud walk

70k range will just barely barely let you finish, if at all. I'd advise 60%+ boss (not hard with emp set), and about 80-90k to finish it relatively comfortably. Also, make sure your PDR is above 40%.

70k+ range is enough. The problem with czak are the pillars that do 50% damage on you and having enough all cures. But dodging those pillars is easy
