What Inspired you to Draw?

Hai there!
I'm a casual High schooler that loves to draw since 4 or so
I remember when Id brag how good I draw and show off too many of my friends :') -good times, good times-
When i was 4! And i still remember that day,i saw my favourite and i mean my favourite Yu-gi-oh monster(or thing) called...
SLIFER THE SKY DRAGON >;O <3!Man i was like -mouth opend the whole time- -That was my 1ST inspiration-!

2nd when i was 8 (OR SO) i got a computer <3
Watched many animes and amvs T_T THEN I HAD A STROKE OF LOVVEEEEEE,Anime ftw.

I kept drawing(tracing sometimes ) and showed many pieces of my art to my friends. Yet i completed a whole book filled with doodles/sketches/Fantastic Art and i Still couldnt draw the epic Slifer after 9+years? maybe 10 q.q/So Whats your inspiration that made you draw-well that made you Love Drawing!

I want to hear your INSPIRATION

Looking at his art made me want to draw.
Maybe when I reach my 70s I'll be as good as him.

By the way why did you delete your recent screen!
My art teacher in the 11th~12th grade
He was very nice but all the previous art teachers I've met had such crappy personality so I wasn't very fond of art until recently.

I always loved drawing since I was a kid.

Inspired by tons of cartoons, anime, video games and so on since childhood.

The person who got me interested even more into art is http://chibi-rinku.deviantart.com/
I remember looking around her site (which used to be up) about 6 years ago, I was absolutely amazed and stunned by her art. :'D She's still my inspiration. <3

Winny the poo (no joke)
One day at school i was so bored that i took a notebook and it had a picture of winny the poo and started to draw.
My friend saw it and said it was cute and stuff. so i started drawing more and more. <3

Going to the U.K, mainly London inspired me. I realized that art doesn't have to be the straight lined masterpiece they teach you in school. It can be filled with emotion without being perfect. Then I picked up my first can of spray paint.
I was inspired by a guy I met as a kid. Not a friend by any means. Hated the guy. But, he was a really good artist. I hated the guy because he always told me I was bad at drawing. In hindsight though, I really appreciate what he was trying to do. It made me want to get better and surround myself with people who would push me, instead of people who make you think you're better than you really are. And that's never good.
-Cough cough- You're just so nice to me because I always put myself down~

@Lasorbeams o_O Lolwut.

I've just always loved drawing. I admire art, and creating art is just...a beautiful thing for me.
I started a long time ago. I was never amazing at drawing, but it's a hobby I love.

Animals, I guess. I used to have folders with cute animals on them so I'd draw them. And I remember I had a horse calendar and drew like every one of those. But now, I hate drawing in every way, shape and form -_-, though I'm good at it. Now my only 'inspiration' are school projects that require hand drawn pictures.

Art TV shows, when I was younger.

Well, when I was really young, I was practically raised on cartoons. Slowly, but surely, I began to think about and question certain aspects of the cartoons I was viewing, saying to myself things like, "I would have done this scene differently", or, "I would have styled that character a different way". One day, when i was 7-ish, I was discussing some cartoon I don't remember any more with some kids in my day care, and one of them said, "Well, if you don't like it, make something better", so I picked up a pencil and a sheet of paper and began my long ascent into the field of professional cartooning...

..The rest is history...
