Is this a good deal?

Someone offered their pink bean chair for my white scroll. I thought the chairs were worth 800m-1b at the very least, so I'm not sure if I should accept the deal or not since it seems too good to be true. A quick price check on the scroll would also be greatly appreciated Thank you!
