How much would this Ewand be?

- Hammered twice, enhanced once
- POT: Unique, 3 lines, damage to bosses + 20%, ignores 15% of the enemy's defence, total damage + 6%
I'm hoping Ewands have deflated enough for me to make a decent offer Oh and this is in Scania.

I spy an Ele Wand 7 with Ele Wand 7, 154 ma atk, 4 int, 4 slots left. UH, 2L rare, 4% crit, +6 ma atk, in ch 1 fm 3 bottom left corner Wouldn't it be better to finish scrolling it first?
I've been making too many threads lately on this... But anyway -
Are clean ones still 500m? O_O Because if they are, then would a 160m.atk, 7int, 3 lined epic with 9% m.atk and hammered once Ele wand be worth 550m? I'm getting desperate for a new weapon right now, my dragon staff has a nooby 141m.atk

I am sure man clean ele wands (lv 130 ones) have never been worth more than 500m honestly. Maybe almost a bill during ascension but that's it. Clean Ele staves (lv 103) are 150m at most now as well -.- everything is deflating and idk why Like i bought my 12% int czak for 3.1b about a month ago and now i see 18% ones for 2b.

O-o if you bought the clean wand for 2.3b you got ripped off srsly bad i see clean ones for around 200m even 3l ones.
Ot: I'd say its price is around 4bish but I'm not sure. Imo most people would prefer buying a clean ele staff 7 for 100k nx (around 5b meso-wise) than this wand even with its potential.
