I havent logged in since August 2010, what has changed
I've been on a long hiatus from Maple (to finish off my education, lose all the weight I gained from 5 years of Mapling, and re-establish my social life). And now after such a long break (August 2010 - now), I am ready to come back!
The only problem is, I am sure a lot has changed. And if too much has changed, I am afraid it might scare me off! So would anyone be so kind to tell me what has changed in the last 14 months that I have been gone?

You gained weight while playing an online game... Wooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww....dotdotdotdotdotdot... by the way, EVERYTHING has changed, we had 2 major patches that changed everything. GL learning the game again.
Maplestory isn't complete crap. It isn't all nx based now, I have spent 0$ on nx and I've made 5b+. Its still very do-able to achieve greatness. But anyways, biggest changes:
-Leveling is way faster
-So many more classes
-Damage is much higher
-Equipment is mostly about Potentials and not as much about scrolling
You got hacked. Your mom got hacked. Your sister got hacked. Quit... now... and RUN!
EDIT: Oh, and you level faster now.
A couple new jobs. 3 new jobs coming in what we all beleive to be in December/early spring 2012. We had the Big Bang patch which revamped alot of stuff. We have alot of new maps, proffesions (mining,herbalism,forging,accessory crafting,alchemy), new level 130+ items, and bowmen got a huge buff. ^_^
Are you ready to be magnetized into the money spending game? Big Bang just basically put up a sign that says "PEOPLE WITH MONEY ONLY' on the front door.
Was everything still in your account when you got back? It would be amazing if it was.
There's a whole bunch of classes now. The community isn't as tight as it used to be.
