New phone upgrade
Right now I have a Galaxy S3 and I don't wanna pay $100 dollars to fix a power button problem (I got it looked at) so I need a new phone. I really like android so I wanna stay there. I've been looking at the Moto X and the HTC One/One Mini, and I'm not a big fan of the Galaxy S4. What do you guys recommend.
I'm also trying to stay around $100 w/ a 2 year contract but can pay a little extra. I also have AT&T.

The Note 3 is like huge and Note 4 is not out or announced.
S5 best option IMO it got 2gb Ram but Note 3 got 3 GB Ram Same processor
Get the moto x or htc one (m7 or m8).
