Can anyone answer my question? My social studies class was literally put on halt because I asked my teacher if, hypothetically, that someone was born during the time in which Texas was annexed as a country, could they become president. We called the National Archives, a Texas Senator, the Texas capital building, and other places, and we got no real answer.
