I just noticed, you have the Quest Specialist Medal too!
Chain Lightning is actually pretty fast. but @superleaf -- considering that I'm one of the strongest active I/L mages in Broa, we still have a long way to go compared to other classes.
you apparently dont know how slow chain lightning is compared to your boomerang step combo with BoT or SB
