The convenient light bulb doesn't appear over the NPC's heads anymore. Did I accidentally turn it off, or is it a glitch?

The convenient light bulb doesn't appear over the NPC's heads anymore. Did I accidentally turn it off, or is it a glitch?

That 'View my level' stuff is really weird. It was set to view all quests, but I guess that happens by default after I log off. I had to set it to 'view my level' and then set it back in order for the lightbulbs to come back.
...seems I have to do this every time I log on if I want it. Ah well...
if you become too high a level, the light bulb dissapears but you'll still be able to accept the quest if you click the npc
imo it's really annoying me ._.
You probably clicked "View my level" in the quest window, that only displays light bulbs around your level (the flashing ones) and hides the lower level ones (the grey ones).
