cube rank question
hey guys,
i have a few pieces of equipment i want to increase the rank of. They are mostly either rare or epic. I really am aiming for trying to get either unique or ( doubtfully ) legendary. My question is, what is the best way to increase their rank? I saw those meisner cubes says that it has a good chance at increasing rank? Would you guys recommend i buy some of those? What about the black cubes in cash shop that also say it has a good chance at increasing rank? Would those be better? Or if im missing something, what is the best way to increase the rank on a piece of equipment?
Bonus Question- another question i have is, how do you enhance tyrant gear? I bought a tyrant cape and i tried to use an equipment enhance scroll on it and it said it didn't work on that item. is it a special scroll i need to use on it? What scroll do i need and how do i get it?
I truly apprciate any responses from you guys. i have just recently come back from a rather long MS break, and am trying to get back into it. I swear everytime i take a break and come back MS is always so different. i actually like that though cause it makes it interesting and motivates me to come back

1. Black cubes supposedly have the highest chance of ranking up. However, we're not sure of this because nexon has never revealed the rank up chances of cubes. You can obtain epic/unique pot scrolls from events and people, which can help you rank up. Also, only cube during miracle times. There will probably be one in a month or two.
2. You have to have 0 slots left on your tyrant cape before you can enhance. Make sure to scroll it twice before enhancing, and then use superior shielding wards to stop it from booming. You can also wait until December for Star Force, which is a mesos-only way to enhance your gear. Its much cheaper than buying shielding wards, which only come out in the cs every few weeks (its out right now though).
Black Cubes from cash shop gives the highest chance of ranking up, tyrants can only be protected with Superior shield wards from the cash shop for the first 7 stars, and the last 8 should be enhanced with no boom enhancement scroll variants used in conjunction with guardian scrolls. No boom scrolls are obtained through marvel.
