Scarlion and Targa Fillers
If you needed fillers for scar/targ run, would they need to have prequests done? And do you get kicked out if not everybody enters? Like, you know how you have to sign up for the thing, right? Well can people not done prequests sign up, and do they have to enter. o.o

You need 6 people signed up to enter. You can only sign up when you did prequest.
Since the 6 people sign up limit is the only thing stopping you from entering, I guess your fillers should have prequests done unless you have more than 6.
